Global Digital Workplace Lead
Are you passionate about shaping how thousands of employees collaborate, create, and connect every day? This is a senior, global role where you'll own the digital productivity ecosystem end‐to‐end and turn collaboration technology into real business impact.
What you'll do
- Lead the Digital Productivity & Collaboration service tower with full accountability for strategy, roadmap, budget, vendors, and service performance
- Own and evolve the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Platform, security & governance)
- Drive adoption, user experience, and productivity outcomes across a complex, global organisation
- Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance to protect data while enabling agile ways of working
- Act as the senior SME for digital workplace technologies, advising leaders and business stakeholders
- Use data, analytics, and user insight to continuously improve platforms and demonstrate value
- Partner with the business to deliver low‐code/no‐code solutions that solve real problems
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in a senior or lead digital workplace / collaboration role
- Deep, hands‐on expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform and security tooling
- Proven experience driving global user adoption and change
- Strong leadership skills — able to translate strategy into execution
- Confident operating in fast‐moving, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communicator across cultures and seniority levels
Location & scope
- Global role
- Based in Belgium (Ghent) or the US (Boston)
- ~30% international travel
